Fitness is my favorite topic to discuss. I love doing exercise.
But like most other people, I agree starting something is most difficult thing.
This thing happens with everyone that we plan our things but due to laziness we
couldn’t follow those plans and exercise is the one. People usually say that I
don’t need exercise as I am already skinny or u can say slim but still I love
doing exercise. It refreshes me, gives me strength, increase my stamina and
makes me feel good. I think these points are enough to start work out because
Exercise is necessity.
So today I am sharing my discipline routine which helped me a lot
to start doing exercise on daily basis. I hope after reading them you will
surely think to start it.
1. Stay Disciplined: - first
thing first, if you wanna achieve something in life you have to obtain
discipline. It is must. If you want to achieve your fitness goal, you have to
change your lifestyle. You need dedication. Strong will power and focused mind.
You just can’t be moody all the time as you know that Exercise is
necessity for you.
2. Excuses, what’s
that: - Yes guys, you need to forget excuses in order to achieve
your fitness goals. You have to make time for workout every single day without
any laziness. If you are too busy then take breaks but still you have to do it.
Make it as necessary as breathing because Exercise is necessity.
3. Water is my friend:
- Yes, you read it right. Water is one of the blessings which nature
gives us. In a day you should drink at least 3 to 4 liters of water. There is
70% water in our body. We should maintain this balance always. Sometime after
lunch or dinner you feel hungry, then to avoid that extra fat, drink water.
This is how water will reduce your urge to eat extra after eating lunch or
dinner.
4. Sleep is necessary:
- For health, fresh mind and body is most needed. And that's why, what
we all need is 8 hour sleep. Take full sleep always. It relaxes mind and body,
it heals your physical injury as well as mental too. And after a good sleep you
will get ready with full power and energy to work every time.
5. Think before you eat:-
As a female/woman, most of your time, you spend in kitchen. This doesn’t mean
you will eat lots of oily or spicy food. As an Indian, I just can’t deny food
full of oil and spices but still ladies, look at your health first. This will
give you only diabetes, blood pressure problem and at the same time it will
help you to gain lots of weight. So just think about the fat version of yours,
I hope you don’t want to see yourself like that. There are many more things in
the kitchen to eat and which are healthier just like fruits.
So this is my views on fitness/workout/exercises. Guys just don’t
deny the need of exercise. From a kid to the adult, everyone needs to do
exercise at every stage of life as Exercise is necessity. Exercise refreshes
you, heals you, make your skin breath properly, makes you feel good, helps your
skin to glow, strengthen you, improve your stamina, etc. . What else excuses
you need to start work out.
This is important guys because it’s related to your health, and
health comes first always.
Feel Free to share your views too, will appreciate them.
Stay healthy and fit.
Take care
